Sevilla boss Unai Emery has revealed that Ever Banega will leave the Estadio Ramon this summer.
The Argentine international has been strongly linked with a move to Inter Milan in recent weeks and after Sunday's Copa del Rey final, Emery confirmed that the midfielder has played his last game for the club.
It proved to be a disappointing end for Banega, who was sent off in the latter stages of his team's 2-0 extra-time defeat to Barcelona at the Vicente Calderon.
"I have great relationship with Banega, one of love and hate. I love him because he's a lad who loves his football, endears himself to you and gives you all of his footballing ability, which is what he's done with Sevilla," Emery told reporters. "Banega shed tears in the dressing room [after the game] because he's going."
Banega, 27, joined Sevilla from Valencia in 2014.
