Atdhe Nuhiu has said that he is hopeful Sheffield Wednesday can maintain their impressive form when Hull City visit Hillsborough this weekend.
The two-week international break came at the wrong time for the Owls, who have won each of their last four games in all competitions.
Ahead of the meeting against fellow playoff contenders Hull on Saturday, Nuhiu was quick to talk up the strong team chemistry which has seen each member of the squad pull their weight so far.
"I think I give my part to the team, as does everybody else," he told the club's official website. "There is always a good feeling when a lot of players are in good form and come together to improve the team and performances.
"You can only be as good as your team and we are all enjoying it right now, we are all enjoying being a part of what is happening here and I hope we can go on like that.
"We brought a lot of new faces into the club and they look to be very good signings. With the type of head coach we have, he makes us believe and that's why we are on this run."
Wednesday will move level on points with their opponents should they pick up a win this weekend.
