Southampton goalkeeper Artur Boruc has insisted that the Saints have not yet given up hope of qualifying for next season's Europa League.
A top-six finish in the Premier League table would be enough to book a place in Europe and, although his side are currently eight points below that position, Boruc is remaining positive.
Speaking ahead of today's match at Tottenham Hotspur, Boruc told Southampton's official club website: "In this situation we are in just now, we're still thinking about the European spots. If you dream big, good things happen. So we're going there to grab all three points – I think we are good enough.
"I think it's not just about this game. There are a couple of games left, and you can grab a good amount of points.
"Of course, I'm still thinking about that European spot, but it's going to be hard, I know that as well. But we've shown this season that we are able to compete with the biggest clubs in England."
Southampton's last appearance in a UEFA competition came back in 2003.
