Southampton boss Ronald Koeman has declared that he wants to stay at St Mary's amid rumours linking him with the now-vacant Everton job.
Koeman is reportedly on Everton's wishlist after they decided to part company with Roberto Martinez yesterday.
However, Koeman, who only has one year left on his contract, said that he has no intention of leaving Southampton.
When asked if his future was with the Saints, the Dutchman told reporters: "Yes. I did not expect this question. After this morning, I was surprised.
"[I can tell you] nothing, because I am the manager of Southampton.
"Everybody knows I have one year left on my contract and we will sit together and analyse this season and we will talk about the future and that is what the news is today."
Southampton have finished the Premier League campaign with seven wins in nine matches to equal last term's record Premier League haul of 60 points with one match of the season remaining.
