Southampton have reportedly begun negotiations with manager Ronald Koeman as they look to tie the Dutchman to a long-term deal.
The Saints brought in Koeman as a replacement for Mauricio Pochettino in 2014 and the former Feyenoord boss guided them to a seventh-place finish last season.
According to The Telegraph, Koeman is keen to retain the bulk of his current squad, although the likes of Sadio Mane, Victor Wanyama and Graziano Pelle are likely to be the subject of interest from rival clubs.
However, it is thought that both Koeman and the club are relaxed about contract discussions, with formal negotiations not expected to take place until the summer.
Southampton travel to Premier League leaders Leicester City next Sunday.
