Southampton defender Nathaniel Clyne has revealed that he is still in negotiations over a contract extension after being linked with a move to Manchester United.
Speculation has mounted that the Red Devils will table a £20m bid for the right-back, whose existing deal expires in 2016.
Saints boss Ronald Koeman has recently given Clyne and a number of his teammates until April to commit their futures, and the 23-year-old says that there will be no developments before then.
"My contract, we're still negotiating," he told the Daily Echo. "I'm negotiating with my agent and also with the club so, yeah, we'll wait until April."
Clyne has been ever present in a Southampton side that sit third in the table with 16 games to play, starting 20 of their 22 Premier League outings thus far.
