Gaston Ramirez's agent Pablo Betancourt has suggested that the Uruguayan could leave Southampton in January as he does not get on with manager Mauricio Pochettino.
The 22-year-old, who moved to St Mary's Stadium last year, has been linked with a switch to Napoli, who are currently managed by former Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez.
"Napoli is a possibility," Napolicalciolive.com quotes Betancourt as saying. "Gaston really likes the chairman, Nicola Cortese, but not the coach, Pochettino."
The Saints are currently fourth in the Premier League table.
