Southampton manager Ronald Koeman is reportedly keen to sign Sporting Lisbon winger Diego Capel.
It is believed that the 26-year-old's chances of regular action at the Estadio Jose Alvalade have been dented by the return to the club of Nani from Manchester United.
As a result, Sporting have made the former Spain international available, with the Saints desperate for a wide-man and eager to secure his services on a season-long loan basis, according to the Daily Star.
The report added that Southampton would retain the right to sign Capel permanently for £5m next summer.
