Iker Casillas has revealed that he is 'unsure' whom Spain boss Vicente del Bosque will select in the goalkeeping position for Euro 2016.
Porto stopper Casillas and Manchester United's David de Gea will go head to head for the gloves, and Del Bosque claimed on Monday that he had still not decided who would start against Czech Republic in their tournament opener.
Casillas has said that the players are also in the dark as to Del Bosque's plans for the European Championships.
"I don't know, that's the truth. I have no idea. Everyone here thinks and believes we can play, of course. The 23 here are important for their clubs, starters mostly, and I think everyone who has come here believes they can help the coach, but this is a decision for him," AS quotes Casillas as saying.
Spain will play their final tournament warm-up against Georgia on Tuesday night.
