Spain Under-21 playmaker Thiago Alcantara has stated his happiness at winning the European Champions in the "tiki-taka way".
The Barcelona youngster scored a hat-trick as La Rojita brushed aside Italy 4-2 in Jerusalem on Tuesday.
After the game, Thiago said that the most pleasing aspect about their triumph was that it was achieved by using Spain's trademark brand of football.
"The most important thing is to show the world tika-taka football," Thiago told AS.
"Our success comes from the goals of Alvaro Morata, Isco and Alvaro Vazquez who have all led us to winning this tournament again."
Despite the three strikes from Thiago, it was teammate Morata who eventually won the competition's Golden Boot.
