Mauricio Pochettino has refused to look ahead to next weekend's League Cup final meeting against Chelsea, instead focusing solely on Tottenham Hotspur's crucial Europa League encounter against Fiorentina.
Spurs head to Italy for the second leg needing to score at least once following last week's 1-1 tie at White Hart Lane, knowing that anything other than a score draw will see their European campaign come to an abrupt end.
Just three days later attention then turns to Wembley, where rivals Chelsea stand between the North Londoners and their first piece of silverware since 2008.
Despite the magnitude of the Cup final, Pochettino was also quick to highlight the importance of his side's round-of-32 clash against Fiorentina.
"Thursday will be a difficult game," he told reporters. "I think this is our first final before Sunday as Fiorentina are only one game from going into the next round.
"We know that we need to score as the score is 1-1 but we are confident. We are confident to take the game on Thursday and we will try to get the victory.
"It is another final and we need to decide [on who plays] because we have played two very tough games against Fiorentina and West Ham. So we need to analyse and decide the strongest team to play."
Spurs, who are currently seventh in the Premier League table, follow up their match against Chelsea with a home meeting against Swansea City next Wednesday.
