Tottenham Hotspur defender Ben Davies has heaped praise on Jose Mourinho, describing the Portuguese as "a dream manager".
Since replacing Mauricio Pochettino in November, Mourinho has only recorded 11 wins from 26 matches, suffering nine defeats.
However, despite the team's inconsistency under the 57-year-old, Davies feels that the appointment was a positive step in the club's development.
The Wales international told NBC: "I think he's been great for the club. Having someone of his stature and calibre coming to the club really gives everyone a lift.
"To have someone like him believe that this club can win things then it's a dream manager to have. If he's putting his trust in us then we can only give everything to him and put our trust in him."
Davies has made just five appearances under Mourinho due to injury.
