Ajax boss Frank de Boer has said that he would be "honoured" to be considered a candidate for the vacant managerial post at Tottenham Hotspur.
The Dutchman has been named among the frontrunners to replace Andre Villas-Boas at White Hart Lane, although he insists that he is focused on his current club.
"If there is interest from Spurs, I am very honoured," he told Fox Sports. "But I have my full attention at Ajax."
Earlier this week, De Boer's agent Guido Albers confirmed that he is aware of interest from Spurs, but denied that an official approach has been made.
He also reiterated that his client is "fully focusing on Ajax".
