Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Eric Dier has said that his teammates are so close-knit due to the "fantastic chemistry" running through the side.
The 24-year-old is one of a number of young players developing under Mauricio Pochettino at the North London club, a list that includes striker Harry Kane and midfielder Harry Winks.
Tottenham are aiming to go 15 games unbeaten as they travel to Crystal Palace on Sunday, a run which Dier says is down to the team spirit within the Spurs camp.
"We get on very well on the field and off the field," the England international told the Daily Mail. "There is fantastic chemistry. I think after the manager's first season here, there were a lot of young players going through the same thing at the same time.
"There are great friendships and everyone likes each other which is a good thing.
"There is a fantastic group here, fantastic manager, fantastic set-up, and a fantastic project with the new stadium."
Spurs currently sit fifth in the Premier League table, just a point outside the top four.
