Tottenham Hotspur defender William Gallas has revealed that manager Andre Villas-Boas held a meeting with the players over their recent form in defence.
The North London outfit have conceded 10 goals in the last 15 minutes of their games in the campaign so far and Gallas has claimed that Villas-Boas has called for improvements.
"We've had a meeting with [Villas-Boas] because we've been conceding late goals and we have to be a little bit more focused, a bit more strong," Gallas told talkSPORT.
Spurs currently sit fourth in the Premier League table.
