Tottenham assistant manager Kevin Bond believes that a Spurs win on Thursday night would be the perfect tonic for Harry Redknapp.
Redknapp hasn't travelled with Spurs for their Europa League match at Rubin Kazan after he underwent a heart procedure to unblock two coronary arteries.
The 64-year-old is reportedly recovering well but Bond wants Spurs to win three points for their manager.
"It would certainly lift his spirits if we were able to bring him home some points from the game tomorrow," said Bond.
"It would give him a big lift, for sure. A couple of wins for us would be the best tonic. We have had a really good time of things since the first two games of the season."
Tottenham can secure their qualification to the knockout stages of the Europa League with victory on Thursday.
