Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Jurgen Klinsmann has insisted that he is not about to quit his job as USA coach to take over at White Hart Lane.
The German is one of the favourites to become Spurs' new boss should Harry Redknapp be named as the new England manager at the end of the season.
"I'm not starting a project and giving it up after a few months," said Klinsmann. "Speculation in Europe brings you a quick smile – then you move on."
The 47-year-old signed a three-year deal to coach the USA in July 2011.
