Bristol City manager Sean O'Driscoll has said that Swindon Town's link-up with Tottenham Hotspur will make them dangerous opponents ahead of this weekend's match at the County Ground.
The Robins have forged a close relationship with the Premier League outfit, recruiting Grant Hall, Alex Pritchard and Ryan Mason from the club this summer.
O'Driscoll told the Bristol Post: "Swindon are a team that has been reformed and the Tottenham link has helped them.
"They have taken some youngsters who have been schooled in the way Tottenham traditionally play and that has helped create a very good Swindon team. It is something I tried to establish in my younger days with Southampton when I was at Bournemouth.
"That is one way of doing it if you are a small club with a small budget. If you can find the right club and they allow you to have the right players, then it can work."
City are currently 20th in League One, while Swindon sit 12th.
