Ex-Liverpool and Manchester United forward Michael Owen is expecting Manchester City to inflict yet another heavy defeat on Tottenham Hotspur this afternoon.
The former England international sees the Premier League champions turning on the style for the visit of Mauricio Pochettino's Spurs, with Manuel Pellegrini's side likely to get among the goals.
"It is difficult to oppose Manchester City on home soil despite the fact that they have a vital Champions League qualifier, behind closed doors, in Moscow on Tuesday'" Owen wrote on Betvictor.com.
"City have won six of their last seven against Spurs scoring twenty two times in the process including a 6-0 win in the corresponding fixture last season. I expect City to win a high scoring game."
City currently sit second in the Premier League table with 14 points from seven matches, five points behind leaders Chelsea.
