Tottenham Hotspur boss Harry Redknapp is concerned that midfielder Scott Parker could miss Euro 2012 through injury.
The England international missed Spurs' 2-0 victory over Fulham on Sunday with an Achilles problem, which Redknapp admits could keep him out of this summer's tournament.
"If it doesn't clear up he wouldn't be fit," said Redknapp.
"He is going to have an injection on it on Monday and they hope with six or seven days rest it will be OK.
"If he had to have an operation it would be long term, so we will have to wait and see how he is."
New England manager Roy Hodgson will announce his 23-man squad for the European Championships on Wednesday.
