Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino reveals his delight following Sunday's 3-1 victory away to Chelsea in the Premier League.

Mauricio Pochettino has said that Tottenham Hotspur can "feel very proud" following Sunday's 3-1 win at Chelsea in the Premier League.

Alvaro Morata sent Chelsea ahead in the 30th minute of the Premier League clash, but Christian Eriksen levelled for Tottenham late in the first period before a second-half double from Dele Alli secured all the points for the visitors.

The victory was Spurs' first at Stamford Bridge in 28 years, and Pochettino revealed his delight after the match.

"After 28 years it is important to win here. It's a happy day for everyone - fans, players - and we feel very proud," Pochettino told Sky Sports News.

"We dominated the game but Chelsea created the chances and scored. In the second half we were much better and we deserved the victory.

"We tried to change and switch some players at half-time to find better links and positions to move the ball. After the game when you win it looks like a good decision. The players deserve praise because we showed character at 1-0 down. It's a day to feel very proud."

The result has seen fourth-placed Tottenham move eight points clear of fifth-placed Chelsea in the Premier League table with just seven games of the 2017-18 campaign left.
