Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has paid tribute to Son Heung-min after his impressive start for the North London outfit.
Following his brace against Qarabag FK in midweek, the South Korea international bagged the matchwinner in Spurs' 1-0 win over Crystal Palace in Sunday's Premier League clash.
Pochettino told reporters: "Son is a player we followed for a long time. You know when you sign a player the expectation is big, but we are happy.
"He scored twice in midweek and the winner here. The performance and energy he showed is amazing. I am very happy with him.
"His character is to run a lot. When I said I wanted to sign him it was because he has a profile you always like - high energy and tempo."
Son joined Spurs from Bayer Leverkusen in August for a fee of £22m.
