Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp has criticised the Blackburn Rovers supporters who chanted for Steve Kean to be removed as manager of the club last night.
Large sections of the Ewood Park faithful were seen calling for Kean to be sacked as Rovers dropped to the bottom of the Premier League with a defeat to Bolton Wanderers.
"I have never seen it like that," Redknapp told reporters. "That is horrific to stand and take that.
"I heard people saying that the players weren't trying or weren't making the effort for him. That's absolute nonsense, a load of rubbish."
Kean revealed last night that he was "very confident" of keeping hold of his job.
