Harry Redknapp has refuted suggestions that his Tottenham Hotspur team have been distracted by speculation linking the boss to the England managerial vacancy.
The 65-year-old has been the firm favourite to take the helm with the national side following Fabio Capello's departure last month.
There have been suggestions that Spurs' last two defeats, which includes a 3-1 defeat to Manchester United and a 5-2 hammering from Arsenal, have been caused by a lack of focus due to the England rumours.
"My only focus is on Tottenham, it's had no effect," said Redknapp. "You couldn't come away and say, 'The players haven't tried [against Man United]'. They worked hard against one of the two best teams in the country."
Tottenham are third in the Premier League table, just four points ahead of Arsenal.
