Harry Redknapp has claimed that he is focusing on Tottenham Hotspur despite being the favourite to become next England manager.
Fabio Capello resigned as manager of the national team this week and Redknapp has been heavily linked with the vacant post.
After his side beat Newcastle United 5-0 at White Hart Lane on Saturday, Redknapp reaffirmed his commitment to the north London club.
The former Portsmouth manager told ESPN: "We all appreciate each other. The chairman's been good for me and I've been good for him.
"If it ever happened and the offer came you'd have to consider what is the right thing to do. At the moment I'm focusing purely on Tottenham.
"I'm not going to leave them in the lurch, things are going really well. The fans are great, so I've just got to keep doing the job I'm doing."
Spurs are currently third in the Premier League.
