The jury in the Harry Redknapp and Milan Mandaric tax evasion case have been sent home from Southwark Crown Court for the evening.
Members of the jury were sent out by Judge Anthony Leonard to consider a verdict earlier today.
They were given the instruction that at this stage only a unanimous verdict would be decided.
However, following almost four hours of deliberation, they were unable to reach a such a decision.
As a result, all parties will reconvene at Southwark Crown Court tomorrow morning for day 13 of the trial.
Tottenham Hotspur boss Redknapp and former Portsmouth chairman Mandaric deny the charges against them.
