Rumours are rife this evening that Harry Redknapp has resigned from his position as manager of Tottenham Hotspur.
While nothing has been confirmed by Redknapp or the club, speculation on the social networking site Twitter has suggested that the veteran boss has decided to bring an end to his four-year stint at White Hart Lane.
The belief was further fuelled by former England and Arsenal striker Ian Wright, who told Absolute Radio a few minutes ago that he had heard from sources that the two parties had agreed to go their separate ways.
Recent reports had claimed that Redknapp and chairman Daniel Levy had been at loggerheads over the club's plans for the upcoming season - something that the boss has since denied.
