Daniel Levy is on the search for a new manager after Jose Mourinho was sacked in the week leading up to the EFL Cup final, and Ryan Mason has taken charge of the North London outfit in an interim position since then.

Experience of managing in the Premier League is believed to be a requirement of the next Spurs manager and with Leeds enjoying their first season back in the Premier League for 16 years, Bielsa has seemed to tick that box now.

Football Insider reports that the Argentine is a top candidate for the Lilywhites despite reiterating his enthusiasm of continuing his journey at Elland Road.

Benitez is believed to be keen on a return to the Premier League, and may be an easier target for Tottenham due to the fact that he is currently not tied to any club.
