Benjamin Stambouli has urged Tottenham Hotspur to show their best form in the closing stages of the Premier League campaign.

Spurs were knocked out of the Europa League by Fiorentina before suffering a 2-0 defeat to Chelsea in the League Cup final on Sunday, but Stambouli believes that Mauricio Pochettino's side can finish the season strongly to stay in the race for a spot in the top four.

"Every game is important – we have 12 matches left and every single one is key," the French midfielder told the club's website. "We have some good targets to aim for in the Premier League and we have to move forward with our heads up.

"What's important is to have a good mentality and a strong will to win. We need to be aggressive in a good way. If we put all of these factors together – focus, a good mentality, positivity – then we will win. We have to be focused on ourselves."

Spurs host Swansea City at White Hart Lane on Wednesday night.
