The Tottenham Hotspur squad have reportedly requested heart screenings following the collapse of Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba.
First-team players of the North London club were on the pitch at White Hart Lane when Muamba suffered a cardiac arrest during an FA Cup quarter-final, which was abandoned in the first half.
Cardiologist Sanjay Sharma, who was reportedly due to test "one or two players" today, is believed to have received requests from the entire squad for heart examinations.
Muamba, 23, remains critically ill in the London Chest Hospital.
