Tottenham Hotspur full-back Kyle Walker is convinced that Andre Villas-Boas will get results and has pleaded with fans to be patient.
Spurs have failed to record a win in their opening three games this season, putting the former Chelsea boss under instant pressure at White Hart Lane.
Walker believes that new his manager's approach will soon start getting rewards.
He told The Mirror: "It has been frustrating but football is frustrating at times. The gaffer has been top class and the training is the hardest I have ever done.
"We are quite capable of going on a 12-match unbeaten run. We have the players and we have the attitude. Then people won't be talking about the wobbly start. Top Four? Yes - and why not higher than that?"
Spurs travel to Reading on Sunday, with both teams looking to earn their first three points of the 2012-13 campaign.
