Kevin Wimmer has said that he is looking forward to his future with Tottenham Hotspur.
The Premier League side announced the signing of the Austrian defender from FC Koln at the end of May.
Wimmer has signed a five-year deal at White Hart Lane, and the 22-year-old believes that the club is a great place for young players to develop.
"Tottenham is a really big club with a lot of tradition and is one of the biggest clubs in England," he told Sky Sports News.
"I've been watching the Premier League ever since I was a small child and especially last season I saw a lot of Tottenham games. The atmosphere in the stadium was incredible and the supporters are very good and very emotional.
"It's great to play in a stadium like that with the fans on your back and pushing you. I'm really looking forward to it and it's a good place to be for young players."
Wimmer made 72 appearances for Koln.
