Goals from Bojan and Jonathan Walters handed Stoke City a 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Sunday.
Both of the away side's efforts came in the first period, with the three points moving the Potters into ninth spot in the table.
Spurs, who had Kyle Naughton sent off late on, had a goal back after 77 minutes through Nacer Chadli, but the capital side could not find a second as they suffered their fourth home league defeat of the season.
Here, Sports Mole analyses how each individual player performed during the clash at White Hart Lane.
SPURS
Goal
Hugo Lloris: Could not do anything with either Stoke goal, but made some brilliant saves in the second period. Needed a lot more protection from his back four, it must be said. (6/10)
Defence
Kyle Naughton: Struggled to contain the pace of Victor Moses all afternoon and eventually saw red for a last-man challenge on the Nigerian. Poor performance from the defender. (4/10)
Federico Fazio: Joined Spurs with a strong reputation, but has struggled in England thus far. Seemed extremely uncomfortable in possession of the ball. (5/10)
Younes Kaboul: Was a little better than his fellow defenders, but always looked to have a mistake in him. Made some forward runs in the second 45 minutes. (6/10)
Danny Rose: Did his best to threaten Stoke in the final third, but lacked a final ball. Was also at fault for Stoke's second after losing out to Mame Biram Diouf. (6/10)
Midfield
Andros Townsend: Given a rare chance to start, but did not make an impression. No real surprise when the winger was withdrawn at the interval. (5/10)
Etienne Capoue: Brought into the team to protect his back four, but was guilty of leaving runners. That said, he was far from his side's worst player on the afternoon. (6/10)
Ryan Mason: Flashed a powerful attempt into the side-netting in the first period and proved his team's most inventive player. His set-piece delivery, however, was poor. (6/10)
Christian Eriksen: Did not look entirely fit in the first period and departed alongside Townsend at the break. Needs to do more in these type of games. (5/10)
Nacer Chadli: Continued his strong run of goal-scoring form with a stunning volley late on. Now has six Premier League goals to his name this term. (7/10)
Attack
Harry Kane: Was given the chance to start ahead of Emmanuel Adebayor and Roberto Soldado, but lacked any real service. Tried hard, but it didn't really happen for the forward. (6/10)
Substitutes
Erik Lamela: Had some bright moments in the second 45 minutes, but never really threatened to make his mark. Another that needs to do more, especially at home. (6/10)
Mousa Dembele: Introduced at the interval alongside Lamela, but was untidy in possession of the ball. Needs to rediscover his best form in a Spurs shirt. (5/10)
Emmanuel Adebayor: Gave the ball away with his first touch, but did cause problems late on - heading just wide of the post after a cross from the left. (6/10)
STOKE
Goal
Asmir Begovic: Could not do anything with the Spurs goal, but made some excellent saves throughout the match. Undoubtedly one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League. (7/10)
Defence
Phil Bardsley: Recalled to the side in place of Geoff Cameron, but lasted just nine minutes before being forced off with an injury. (5/10)
Ryan Shawcross: A tower of the strength at the heart of the defence. Dealt with Kane impressively and never looked flustered at any point during the match. (8/10)
Marc Wilson: Made a solid start to the match alongside Shawcross, but like Bardsley, was also forced off with an injury after just 26 minutes of action. (6/10)
Erik Pieters: Suffered some bumps and bruises, but remained strong in the full-back position. Also caused Spurs problems with his forward running. (7/10)
Midfield
Jonathan Walters: Took his goal superbly after a cross from Diouf and worked his socks off for his side. Can never be accused of not battling for the Potters. (7/10)
Steve Sidwell: Was excellent in the middle of the park. Kept things tidy with his passing and was also willing to put his body on the line. Really growing in a Potters shirt. (8/10)
Steven N'Zonzi: Should have scored a third for his side late on, but the miss took nothing away from his performance. A solid presence in the middle of the park. (7/10)
Victor Moses: Man-of-the-match performance from the Nigerian. Gave the Spurs defence nightmares with his pace and power, while his crossing was also extremely impressive. (8/10)
Attack
Bojan: Finally broke his goal-scoring duck with a brilliant solo effort after nine minutes. Faded in the second period, but had already made a big contribution. (7/10)
Mame Biram Diouf: Set up Walters for Stoke's second of the match and ran the line superbly at White Hart Lane. Did not score, but did almost everything else as the lone forward. (7/10)
Substitutes
Geoff Cameron: Was introduced after just nine minutes and did well to pick up the pace of the match. Also offered a threat in the final third with his strong running. (7/10)
Marc Muniesa: Another that was called for in the first period and like Cameron, the Spaniard had no problems settling into the team. (6/10)
Stephen Ireland: Did not enter until the 84th minute, but had a good opportunity late on - testing the gloves of Lloris with a close-range effort. (6/10)
