Harry Kane has reportedly made it clear to friends and family that he is fully behind under-pressure Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho.
The Portuguese manager has recently come under fire after a string of poor results and performances which has seen the club slip to ninth in the Premier League, six points off the top four.
Football Insider reports that the 27-year-old striker has expressed his backing for Mourinho and his current methods and believes he is capable of spearheading the club to a revival.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is understood to be gaining inside knowledge from the likes of Kane and captain Hugo Lloris, discussing what the mood of the camp is like at the club.
The prospect of Mourinho being sacked after just 16 months in charge has been proposed in recent weeks, however the 58-year-old's job is not currently under threat.
Kane, who has scored 13 Premier League goals so far this campaign, will be hoping that Spurs can get back to winning ways when they face London rivals West Ham United on Sunday.
