Tuesday morning's Tottenham Hotspur transfer talk news roundup:
Manchester United 'revive interest in Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale'
Manchester United have reportedly rekindled their interest in Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale.
The 31-year-old hinted last week that he would be open to leaving the Spanish champions and that he was close to doing so last summer, only for the club to make it "very difficult" for him to move away.
Manager Zinedine Zidane does not consider Bale part of his first-team plans for the upcoming season, though, and Madrid are understood to be willing to listen to offers for him now.
Manchester United have regularly been linked with the Wales international in the past, and Marca reports that they have now revived their interest ahead of a possible switch this summer.
United are known to be in the market for a new winger and still regard Jadon Sancho as their top target, but talks with Borussia Dortmund have reached an impasse due to the asking price.
Bale's wages could also be a stumbling block in any negotiations for a move away from the Bernabeu, though, with those thought to have priced Tottenham Hotspur out of a potential bid for their former player.
Bale started just 12 La Liga games last season, scoring two goals as Madrid regained the title.
Bayer Leverkusen to spend Kai Havertz funds on Hector Bellerin, Serge Aurier?
Bayer Leverkusen have reportedly identified Hector Bellerin and Serge Aurier as potential summer targets.
Having completed the big-money sale of Kai Havertz to Chelsea, Leverkusen have the funds to make several significant additions before the end of the transfer window.
According to The Telegraph, Arsenal's Bellerin is very much on their radar as they consider strengthening in the right-back area.
Despite his long-term association with the Gunners, the Spaniard has been heavily linked with a switch to either Juventus or Paris Saint-Germain.
The report adds that Leverkusen also hold an interest in Aurier, whom Tottenham Hotspur may be prepared to sell for the right price.
Their respective clubs allegedly value the pair in the region of £25m.
