Tottenham Hotspur have been one of the busiest sides in the Premier League during the early days of the transfer window and have already announced no fewer than three new signings.
Yves Bissouma, Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic have all arrived in North London, but Antonio Conte also has some big calls to make regarding any potential outgoings.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest Tottenham transfer news, including updates on Steven Bergwijn, Emerson Royal and Piero Hincapie.
Steven Bergwijn to be offered in Antony deal?
Having fallen further down the pecking order after the arrival of Dejan Kulusevski, Steven Bergwijn has publicly announced his desire to leave Tottenham in the summer window.
The 24-year-old is thought to be pining for a return to his native Netherlands, as he aims to hold his spot in Louis Van Gaal's squad for the 2022 World Cup.
Ajax are supposedly in talks to sign the former PSV man, and The Independent claims that Tottenham could use Bergwijn to try to secure a move for Brazilian starlet Antony.
However, Spurs will still need to stump up a cash fee should Bergwijn be included in a move for the 22-year-old, who has also been linked with Manchester United.
Bergwijn's Tottenham contract does not expire for another three years, but he only started four Premier League games in the 2021-22 season.
Atletico Madrid eye Emerson Royal
Emerson Royal's first season at Tottenham was not the easiest period in his career, but the Brazilian largely forced Matt Doherty to accept a spot on the bench or the left-hand side.
Emerson scored one goal and set up another in 31 Premier League appearances last season, and his contract in North London still has another four years left before it expires.
However, with Djed Spence expected to arrive from Middlesbrough in a £20m deal, the door could be open for Emerson to leave after just one year.
According to Sky Sports News, Atletico are interested in signing Emerson as they continue to try to fill the void left by Kieran Trippier's exit for Newcastle United.
Tottenham are in a strong position to negotiate given Emerson's contract situation, but Conte supposedly does not see him as a long-term option in the wing-back area.
Spurs learn asking price for Piero Hincapie
It is no secret that a new centre-back is one of Conte's priorities for the current window, and Bayer Leverkusen's Piero Hincapie has seemingly emerged as a serious candidate.
The 20-year-old Ecuador international scored two goals and provided one assist in 33 games for the German club during his maiden campaign last term, helping them secure third place in the Bundesliga and a spot in the Champions League.
Should Tottenham try to prise Hincapie off of Leverkusen's hands this summer, The Sun claims that a fee of £34m will be required to sign the youngster.
Spurs are not thought to be alone in their interest, and Hincapie's deal with Leverkusen still has another four years left to run, meaning that the Bundesliga side are not under any pressure to sell.
