Corinthians have confirmed that they have accepted a £17m bid from Tottenham Hotspur for Paulinho.
The White Hart Lane side reportedly had an earlier bid for the Brazilian midfielder turned down.
The Daily Mail states that Andre Villas-Boas's side have triggered the release clause in the 24-year-old's contract with his current club.
Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Roma have also been linked to Paulinho.
