Everton midfielder Dele Alli is reportedly edging closer to a move to Besiktas.

Alli joined Everton in January, but after starting just once in 13 appearances, he could be set to leave the club before the transfer window closes.

Besiktas has recently emerged as a potential destination for the former Tottenham Hotspur player and a deal appears to be close.

According to Italian football expert Fabrizio Romano, Alli is set to join Besiktas on a loan deal, which will also include a buy option.

The value of the purchase clause is still being discussed between the two clubs, and once the fee is agreed, Alli will undergo a medical with the Turkish Super Lig side, which could take place within the next 24 hours.

While he has failed to score for Everton, the Englishman scored 67 goals and provided 61 assists in 269 appearances for Tottenham. body check tags ::
