Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Brad Friedel has signed a new contract at White Hart Lane that will keep him at the club until 2014.
The 41-year-old has found himself out of the Spurs side in recent weeks as a result of the form of Hugo Lloris.
However, after being offered a new deal by the club, Friedel has opted to extend his stay in North London for a further 18 months.
Friedel is the only player in Premier League history to start over 300 consecutive games.
