Fernando Llorente has reportedly rejected a fresh approach from Tottenham Hotspur.
The 34-year-old left Spurs on a free transfer at the end of the 2018-19 campaign with a record of just two goals in 36 Premier League appearances.
Mauricio Pochettino's side are said to have made a contract offer to the Spaniard in the early stages of the summer, but Llorente rejected the club as he wanted to seek pastures new.
According to Football Insider, Tottenham have now failed with a new approach for the former Athletic Bilbao striker, who was not prepared to accept the 'considerably reduced terms' on his previous £90,000-a-week deal.
Llorente, who is also reportedly hopeful that Manchester United might still move for him, scored eight times in 35 appearances for Spurs during the 2018-19 campaign.
