Luka Modric will reportedly meet with Tottenham Hotspur chiefs next week to tell them that he wants to leave the club.
The 26-year-old has recently been linked with moves to Real Madrid, and Barcelona as he looks for Champions League football next season.
The Croatian's representatives are now ready confirm that he is seeking a transfer, according to The Mirror.
Modric moved to White Hart Lane from Dinamo Zagreb in 2008 for around £16.5m.
