Monaco have reportedly identified Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli as a potential loan addition.

After missing out on two squads in succession, Alli returned to the starting lineup on Thursday evening as Spurs defeated Skendija 79 in the Europa League third qualifying round.

However, speculation continues to persist regarding a temporary exit for the 24-year-old, who is not guaranteed regular first-team football under Jose Mourinho.

While Paris Saint-Germain are said to have withdrawn their interest, 90 min claims that Monaco are monitoring the situation.

Sporting director Paul Mitchell has close ties with the playmaker, making the Ligue 1 outfit a feasible option if Spurs allow Alli to spend the 2020-21 campaign elsewhere.

Spurs have no interest in cashing in on Alli during the current transfer window.
