Jose Mourinho is already planning for life with his new club Roma next season and he is reportedly looking to sign Tottenham Hotspur duo Erik Lamela and Lucas Moura.
The Serie A side announced on Tuesday that head coach Paulo Fonseca would be leaving the club at the end of this season, with Mourinho – who was sacked by Spurs last month – confirmed as his successor.
According to football.London, Mourinho may look to target his former club for signings and believes that Lamela and Moura are two players that would be interested in joining him in the Italian capital.
Lamela, who has also been linked with Napoli, joined Tottenham from Roma for around £25m back in August 2013 and has made over 250 appearances for the north London club.
The Argentine has, however, failed to cement a regular place in the starting lineup and a move back to Serie A could tempt the winger if he is guaranteed more first-team football.
Meanwhile, Moura has played 48 times for Spurs in all competitions this season and was the most used outfield player by Mourinho during his 17 months at the club.
The Brazilian has over two years remaining on his contract and Tottenham are under no pressure to sell the forward, who has recorded nine goals and eight assists so far this campaign. body check tags ::
