League One side Peterborough United have signed young striker Shaquille Coulthirst from Tottenham Hotspur.
The 21-year-old has joined Posh for an undisclosed fee and signed a three-and-a-half year contract at the ABAX Stadium.
Speaking to the club website, Coulthirst said: "Peterborough are a good side, they score lots of goals and I cannot wait to get started.
"It is a tough decision to leave Tottenham because I have been there a really long time, but I feel it is the right time to make the move and I feel this is the right club to be at."
Coulthirst made just one appearance, in last year's Europa League, for Spurs and last played at first-team level during a brief stint with Wigan Athletic earlier this season.
He will hope to fill the void created by Conor Washington, who left Posh to join Queens Park Rangers earlier this week.
