Barcelona have reportedly ended discussions with Tottenham Hotspur over Portugal midfielder Andre Gomes.
It had been claimed that Tottenham, in addition to West Ham United, were keen on signing the 24-year-old on loan before the summer window closed.
However, according to Sky Sports News, Gomes will now stay at Barcelona after the Spanish champions decided to end talks with Spurs.
Gomes joined Barcelona from Valencia in last summer's transfer window, signing a long-term contract with the Catalan giants.
The 24-year-old made 47 appearances during the 2016-17 campaign, but only scored three times in all competitions, and faced whistles from the Camp Nou support in the second half of the season.
