Tottenham Hotspur have revived their interest in Rennes forward Mbaye Niang, according to a report.
The Premier League side are believed to have tried and failed to sign the Senegal international as a 16-year-old.
Nearly a decade on, L'Equipe claims that Tottenham are again in for Niang, who has previously spent a season in English football with Watford.
However, the report indicates that Marseille are also ready to move for the versatile attacker and he would rather join a club that can guarantee him regular starts.
Niang has scored 15 goals in 36 appearances for Rennes in all competitions this season.
