Tottenham Hotspur are considering a swoop for teenage goalkeeper Jack Butland from Birmingham City, the Daily Mail reports.
The 19-year-old has reportedly been the subject of plenty of interest from Premier League clubs this summer, including Liverpool, but there has yet to be a bid accepted by Birmingham.
Now it is Spurs who are set to line up an £8m bid for the young Englishman as it looks unlikely that they will capture Hugo Lloris from Lyon.
Butland, who made his England debut against Italy earlier this month, was Great Britain's number one at the London Olympics.
