West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur are weighing up £6m summer moves for Guingamp striker Claudio Beauvue, according to reports.
The 27-year-old is thought to have alerted the Premier League sides after emerging as one of France's hottest strikers, having netted 25 times in all competitions this season.
Both clubs are now toying with the idea of signing the hitman, and Guingamp president Bertrand Desplat confirmed that Beauvue has courted interest from England.
"It seems that this is the will of Claudio – to go to England," Desplat is quoted as saying by The Mirror.
Beauvue added that there was an agreement in place for him to leave in the event of recording a "beautiful season".
He said: "The deal I had with the club president was that I would leave in the event of a beautiful season. The season has been very beautiful."
His contract expires in 2017.
