Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering a move for Valencia striker Alvaro Negredo.
The Spaniard represented Manchester City in the 2013-14 season and scored 23 times in 48 games during his only campaign in England.
The 30-year-old has since returned to Spain with Valencia, but he has only netted nine times in close to 50 matches for Los Che since the start of last season.
Despite being back in the first-team picture under new Valencia boss Gary Neville, it is believed that Negredo is keen on a return to the Premier League and according to reports in Spain, Tottenham will make a move early next month.
Negredo's lack of football this season was due to a fall-out with former Valencia boss Nuno Esperito Santo, who lost his job to Neville earlier this month.
