Tottenham Hotspur defender Serge Aurier could reportedly be set for a new deal in North London.
The Ivory Coast international has struggled to shift summer arrival Matt Doherty out of the team at times, but Aurier has started Spurs' last three Premier League games and appears to be Jose Mourinho's first-choice right-back.
Aurier was expected to move on in the summer and is understood to have been close to a switch to Spartak Moscow, but a transfer reportedly fell through and the 27-year-old remained at Tottenham.
According to Football Insider, Daniel Levy wants to sort out Aurier's contract situation as a matter of urgency, with the defender tied down to Spurs until 2022.
However, the report also claims that Aurier's future is still shrouded in uncertainty as he may not commit to a new deal, with the Ivorian unsure of his long-term future at the club.
Aurier has banked one goal and one assist in five Premier League outings for Mourinho's men this term.
